Do you happen to know if there is a pod coffee system that will accept multiple types/brands of pods, etc?

Thanks for your question.

As I'm sure you have already found, coffee pods with hard shells, like Keurig K-cups, or Tassimo T-Discs can be used only in their own specific coffee pod makers.

As far as the soft paper variety of coffee pods go, machines like the My Cafe by Bunn coffee makers will let you brew a pretty wide variety of sizes and thicknesses. You can also brew coffee pods that you make yourself with machines like the Perfect Pod Maker from Amazon.com

I would also highly recommend the Grindmaster OPOD single cup coffee maker (which we are currently writing review pages for).

Both these machine may cost a little more, but the build quality is amazing, and you will be able to brew pretty much whatever types of soft coffee pods you want.
